BIO

Robin L. Aanstad opened Aanstad Law, PLLC in March 2020.

 

Immediately prior to opening Aanstad Law, PLLC, Robin worked for Brudvik Law Office.  However, Robin has been working in the legal industry for over a decade.

 

Robin started her legal career in January 2006 as a paralegal, following her graduation from Lake Region State College with an associate’s degree in Legal Assistant.  In 2014, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies from Minnesota State University Moorhead.  Robin worked for two law firms in Fargo and West Fargo, prior to attending law school.

 

In 2014, Robin continued her education at the University of North Dakota School of Law, earning her Juris Doctorate in 2017.  During her time in law school, Robin served an externship at the Cass County Public Defender’s Office and worked as a law clerk at Brudvik Law Office.  As an attorney, Robin focuses her practice on Real Estate, Agriculture Law, Oil & Gas Law, Estate Planning and Probate.

 

Robin grew up on a farm near Edmore, North Dakota where her family raised crops and Red Angus cattle.  She has three grown children and four grandchildren.  She moved to Mayville, North Dakota in January 2018.  Robin spends her free time cooking, baking, reading, doing needlework, and spending time with her family and friends.
